Use this form to submit a Turning Point Memorial for the recently deceased. We accept memorials from funeral homes, crematoriums and individuals in the community.
Each memorial will be posted online in Illinois Times’ Turning Points section on the next business day and published in print on the following Thursday (unless you specify differently). The deadline for each week's print issue is Monday by noon.
Turning Point Memorials cost $1 per word. Each purchase includes a print and online announcement with one free photo and funeral service provider logo if desired. Additional photos are $10 each.
